Jan 20th- We were able to make it out to Rocktown the other day. Some of the nicest stone in the region. I was psyched to send the most beautiful line there, Golden Harvest v11 and Melissa made quick work of the powerful Burst of Joy v9.

Jan 17th- We have finally made our way to the South and found an internet connection. My hunger for the amazing stone has been so great I thought I might pop. We have had some relief though while climbing at Little Rock City. Sending some great v10s in the process like The White Face and flashing Biggie Shorty and Bedwetters. Melissa Lacasse also had a great 1st day sending Bedwetters.
Jan 22nd- The Chattanooga leg of the trip is coming to an end. My time down here has been great. I was most psyched with my 2nd ascent of The Shield v12/13 one of the most beautiful lines in the south. Now that is what I call a hole in 1! Next up So iLL...

Jan 29th- Im happy to have made it to So iLL. We have been going out to The Roost. Where I got my first FA of the year- The Year of the Renegade v11/12? Its a super steep line out faint pockets, with a nice high finish. I also got a chance to check out some of Daves classics like The Ring of Fire v10. More pics in the So iLL gallery and here is a link to some of the stuff we checked out there last year. New videos coming soon.

April 3rd- The first ever REEL ROCK Filmmaking Competition is accepting submissions of short films (3 minutes max) The two winners will have their films featured on the REEL ROCK Tour, and will rake in grand prize packages worth $5,000 from Windstopper and The North Face, Osprey Packs, Petzl, and Climbing and Urban Climber magazines.

April 16th- I just got back from the Henry Mountians in Utah where we did some adventure bouldering. Finding some killa lines, eating great and chillin in the sun. Please enjoy this short video from one of our rest mornings!
April 21st- My trip to The Red was great, except for a little rain, but I guess spring is here. I did get to check out Furnace Mountain for a complete change of scenery and to learn a little lesson from an old wise man.

May 13th- Well spring has sprung and I have made my way out to California. Im done working my slideshow circuit and psyched to check out some of the amazing granite in the region. Its been fun hanging out with friends + eating some good seafood. The wildlife as also been amazing, seeing 1,2 horny toads in one day!

June 27th- We have been ripping into it here at the Cryptochild compound. But the hard work is paying off, producing some killa shapes that will be available in the New Cryptochild Line. Special thanks to all the shapers!
July 25th- In a strange turn of events while I was in Germany it seems I was also in Tonsai Beach Thailand. Or was it an imposter, look closely!
July 20th- My hair style is beginning to develop a following of its own and can been seen most recently in the current issue of Outside mag.
July 15th- The European Outdoor show has been very sucessful. The people enjoyed the So iLL/CryptoChild products so much they began to dance in the booth. Here is a short clip!
July 19th-We had a great trip to Germany! A successful mission, involving some work and a lot of play. We saw the beautiful and the artistic sights and saving the small kinder while avoiding the evergrowing crack epidemic!
Aug 13th- Well the tradeshow came and went this time with much success! While there I dropped my new line of Cryptoholds and
help set for. In the finals everyone got to play on my new huge Eye from So iLL. There were a lot of heads there but I was most psyched to see some old friends who got to join in on the action.
Sept 5th- It seems Routesetter.com has caught on to the Crypto-craze

Sept 17th- We have finaly made it to So iLL, just in time for the wedding! Now both of the Chancellor boys are hitched!
Sept 18th- First day in So iLL and its warm so we headed to the water, Lake Kincade to be exact. Where we measured up against some bad ass deep water soloing with some old friends.

January 25th- In a turn for the worse, I have injured my knee once again and this time it will require surgery. If you cant wait to see the graphic photos, you can re-live my first ACL tear back in 2003 at a

Jan 10th- Hueco has been a refreshing change after taking 3 years off.
When in Hueco it is best to be a hunter, searching out new problems.
Some of the problems that I was most proud of were To Die For, over by the Ghetto Simulator on North Mountain and A Single Word on the tip of East Spur. On the same wall G.P. Salvo made an impressive ascent of a two tiered highball project he dubbed Dark Silhouette. Abbey Smith also made an impressive 3rd ascent of the mysterious Silent Sir. Also check out a new video from Hueco on a first ascent, I called Dune at MomentumVM.com. The whole experience left us hungry for more and aware of Hueco's bountiful fruits!
Jan 25th- The Outdoor Retailer Show was a good for Cryptochild and So iLL, we were even mentioned on the DeadPointMag.com.

Nov 10th- Our time here is So iLL has been fantastic! This type of stone has always been my favorite. While there we were lucky to send some projects, I sent 4 new problems and Abbey Smith was psyched to make the 7th ascent of the classic Highball Guns+Roses. She is also in the process of writing a feature article on the mysterious So iLL.

Sept 28th- After 10 days of hard work I finally finished the enormous feature that I was working on. A collaboration between So iLL, CryptoChild and Rockwerx. This was a super fun project and the biggest hold I have ever shaped. Look out for more in the future.
Sept 25th- Injury Update- Well its been 8 months since my surgery and I guess I would say I'm 80% recovered. I hope to progress in the next two months and be back on the rock for the winter season.
